20 minute run. 6 minute workout.

Today I went on a 20 minute run and then did a 6 minute work out with the Nike Training Club App
on my Ipod touch. Its a really neat app and I did a leg workout, which really works. I am so tired. Lately, my mom has told me to do 30 minutes of exercise 4 days a week. I usually bike with my dad on Mondays and Wednesdays and on Tuesdays and Fridays, I run by myself and do a Nike workout. I'm thinking about getting a Ipod armband so its easier to run with a my Ipod.
